Who processes your data

Quote requests

The information entered in the “Request a quote” form (name, contact details, billing address, company name and SIREN or SIRET number for a company, event details and message) is used only to prepare your quote and reply to you. This processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Recipients: Julie and Camylle, for LPFE Les Petits Fêtards Events, who receive your request by email. Your information is never sold or passed on. The email service used (Google Gmail) and the website host act as technical service providers.

Retention period: three years from our last exchange if no booking is made. If you become a client, the information needed for invoicing is kept for the legal retention period for accounting records (ten years).

Spam protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical signals from your browser to check that a person is sending the request. Turnstile only loads when you start filling in the form.

Applications and WhatsApp conversations

The form on the Join the team page prepares a message in your browser: it does not send or store your information on the website. The “Open in WhatsApp” button passes the prepared text to WhatsApp; you then choose whether to send it.

Exchanges on WhatsApp and social networks are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those services.

Audience measurement

Only with your consent, we measure visits to the site with Google Analytics: pages viewed, length of visit, type of device and browser, approximate country and city, and the site you came from. These statistics help us improve the site; they are not used to identify you or for advertising.

This processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Google Analytics does not store your IP address.

Recipient: Google Ireland Limited, acting on our behalf. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention period: measurement cookies expire after thirteen months at most; statistics are kept for fourteen months at most.

TikTok videos

The TikTok videos in the gallery only load at your request or with your consent to external content. TikTok then processes browsing data under its own privacy policy.

Hosting

The site is hosted in France by Chamans Company (Weapzy), which records technical connection logs (IP address, date and time, page requested) for the security of the service and to meet its legal obligations. Pages pass through the Cloudflare network, which processes visitors’ IP addresses to protect the site against attacks and speed it up; Cloudflare participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, ask for it to be restricted or ported, withdraw your consent at any time and set instructions for what happens to it after your death.

Write to us at [email protected] or to the postal address above: we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
